The 17bit Collection on CD-ROM can be used as on-line storage for 
BBS sysops.

The files are found in the FILES directory, the file format is .DMS,
an archiver/unarchiver for this format can be found in the root directory
of the CD, DMS111.sfx. Please make this available to your users.
