World DataBase Display Program Satellite view This program displays the CIA world database files as a two-dimensional projection of a sphere. The user may choose the Longitude and Latitude be used as the nearest visual point of the sphere, and may also choose the datafile to be used for input. There are two versions available: SAT: the regular version for the Amiga 1000 and 500; SAT8: a special version for those with M68881 math co-processors. Both operate on the same datafiles that WDB came with. Currently the Altitude seems to do little to affect the display. I'll work on this. The program is the work of Mike Groshart: basic design, porting from Pascal, and Bob Dufford: intuition interface; speed increases Send us your suggestions care of: Amiga Users of the Heartland P.O.Box 1432, DTS Omaha, NE. 68101-1432
