Lore of Conquest Version 1.3
This version of Conquest fixes a few minor bugs and adds a few features
that allow "Play by Mail", or rather, "Play by BIX"  ;^)

For those who don't  know, Conquest is a strategic wargame where two
players compete for control of the galaxy.  The game supports five types
of starships, nine classes of planets, and hours of fun.
