Copy the following files to your S: directory:
    Data!  
    Config!*  (Config!  Config!M  Config!P  Config!R  & Config!S)
    Help!  
    Key-Help
    NoName.info

Copy UES to your C: directory.  Now you can run UES from anywhere.
