This is a private release of ConMan V0.99B for the Software Distillery
and others.  It's not quite ready for prime time, so please don't pass
it around too widely or post it to a BBS.

  -- adjusted minimum size for tiny windows

Features/Enhancements:
  -- History lines not re-entered if not modified; "true history" available
  -- Insert/Overstrike default selectable; switchable "sticky" mode
  -- CTRL-Q/CTRL-S implemented
  -- CTRL-W clears window and refreshes line
  -- Iconified windows no longer have output held
  -- Full support for 'pipe' device
