NAME:		SetAMIGA
	START:		From CLI or from WorkBench
	USE:		- Change Preferences just by selecting a preference
			   file (like the devs:system-configuration)
			   [which may have any name.]

			From Workbench:
			Get an project icon with Default Tool = SetAMIGA,
			(like those syscon ones I gave you),
			the file itself must be a system-configuration file.
			then switch to this new preference by double-clicking
			that icon.

			From CLI:  type:
			SetAMIGA  preferences-file

			The change will take place immediately.
