- Initial and almost final version

- Fixed some problems with buttons and their labels

- Fixed version being icontrol and not defaulticons as it should be

- Fixed that it couldn't open some icons

- Fixed that it used a wrong locations for it's Deficons.prefs files

- Removed the iconify and depth gadgets from the popup

- We are now feature complete: the file attributes rule now has 
  buttons so it can be manipulated

- The icon preview no longer spills over the frame if the icon is too 
  large

- An endless loop and potential crash was fixed

- GUI for the file attribute matching rule was, reworked to hopefully 
  be less confusing

- The previous icon preview implementation was buggy. Now we no longer 
  use bitmap.gadget to scale icons, but just clip them

- The icon images and arrow glyphs are now properly released after use.

- Moved icon position a bit out of the way with colliding text
- Revised icon clearence area to accomodate large icons with large gui fonts

Changes for 47.20 (24.3.2021)

- Fix for bug #2003. No longer crashes if gadtools.library cannot be opened.
