Changes for release 45.1 (20.5.2018)

- Added a toolbar betweeen Paste and Erase.

- IconEdit did not use its program name to load
  and save its preferences into its icon, but the
  hard-coded name "IconEdit".

- Shortened the startup code and adjusted to the new
  locale inclusion method.

Changes for release 45.2 (11.8.2018)

- The editor did not determine the screen depth in an
  RTG robust way, and - due to the way how it interacts
  with datatypes - might have ended up in a situation
  where it received a non-native bitplane from the datatype
  it cannot handle. Due to that, clipboard operations
  where likely broken.

- The editor provided an invalid number of sparse pens for
  datatype color remapping.

- Removed pointless stub functions.

Changes for release 47.1 (13.6.2019):

- Made the GUI scalable - to a certain extend.

- The font position in the window draw bar was not quite correct.

- There is no longer a fallback to topaz.8 in case the font is too
  small.

- The default magnification factor scales now with the font size.

- A bit of fine tuning of the scaling and positioning.

- Resetting now the icon position before using the Icon as AppIcon.

- If, for some strange reason, the CLI is present, but the CLI name
  is empty, the task name is now used for the iconification name.

- Add support for loading an info file via shell argument on startup

- Don't crash if unable to open for some reason

Changes for release 47.9 (24.5.2020):

- Replaced the locale string lookup code with a safer version which
  does not go off the rails if asked to look up a string ID value
  which is not stored in the local CatCompBlock data lump.

- The sketchgadget's coordinate display was trashed when using 
  proportional fonts, now fixed.
- Made some adjustments to the radio buttons.
