Permission is granted for the non-exclusive distribution of version 3.31 of 
the program called SoftBoot by the engineering and software development 
departments of Commodore International, Commodore Applications and Technical 
Support and/or Commodore Business Machines. Distribution media may be optical 
disc, 880K floppy disc or electronic distribution by BIX to amiga.com and 
amiga.cert listings areas. Commodore, at their discression, may limit their 
distribution just to the executable machine code or any subset of the source
code for SoftBoot.

This author reserves all rights associated with the program including the
right to modify the program and to distribute it himself, including version
