SAS/C PPC linker scripts

These three scripts were written to do the job of the (currently ?) missing SAS/C ELF linker...

slinkppc.script           - link an ELF executable using SAS/C standard elf startup
slinkppcownstartup.script - link an ELF executable using a given startup module
slinkppclib.script        - for linking ELF linker libraries
